LearnLing does not use the Evaluator to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects, such as decisions about recruitment, employment or promotion.

Where the Evaluator forms part of a service commissioned by an organisation, information may be used as reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant workshop or programme.

We will not routinely provide individual Evaluator results to an employer or commissioning organisation unless this has been made clear to participants or there is another appropriate basis for doing so.

8. Marketing

Completing the LearnLing Evaluator, attending a workshop or using another LearnLing service does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive marketing communications.

Where consent is required, we will ask for it separately.

We may also contact business and professional contacts about LearnLing services where this is permitted by law and appropriate to their professional role or organisation.
