ABOUT LEARNLING
LearnLing’s mission is to empower individuals and organisations to create
positive workplace connections through innovative and engaging learning workshops.
WHAT WE DO
LearnLing creates and delivers workshops that help your people communicate better.
The workshops are inspired by the renowned psychologist Carl Jung to help staff understand themselves and others. By understanding your own behaviour, you can then learn how to have effective communication with other people and improve your relationships with them.
Enabling self awareness is the first step in appreciating the differences in others and how you can adapt your own style to work more effectively with your colleagues and customers.
WHY WE CREATED LEARNLING
We want to address and
solve the root causes of poor communication, low moral and high staff turnover in the workplace
We want to
elevate workplace communication through tailored workshops addressing key problems in your team
We want to
teach teams how to identify different personality types and adapt their communication style to get better results
We want to
create Learning and Development workshops that are unique, fun, engaging and easy to implement at work
