What is included in a Resonance Workshop

Self Awareness

Resonance utilises proven psychology methodologies, such as those developed by Carl Jung, to help categorise and explain the four different types of human behaviour. Learning about the self and why we act in the way we do can allow us to start to understand and appreciate the differences in others. 

Communication

Resonance delves into the four different types of human behaviour to explore the preferred communication styles each behaviour has. Understanding the preferred communication style of our peers can have a profound positive effect on our relationships as we learn how to interact best with each behaviour.

Adaptation

Resonance teaches you to recognise key characteristics of each behaviour and how best to adapt your own style to foster strong connections. Teams can then work more cohesively and respond to challenges or opportunities in a more agile manner to give your business an edge in a competitive market.
